Advantages of using mechanical spindle for machining:
1. As the cutting speed of the drilling machine increases, the cutting force decreases, the energy consumption per cutting unit is low, and the processing time is significantly shortened, resulting in high cutting efficiency.
2. The processed product is smooth and has high precision, and does not require further precision machining
3. The deformation of the parts is small, and the majority of the cutting heat generated by cutting is taken away by cutting, resulting in minimal heat generation and reduced temperature rise.
4. Good tools have a long lifespan, and the growth rate of tool wear is lower than the rate of improvement in cutting efficiency.
5. Within the high-speed machining range, the excitation frequency range of the automatic drilling machine is far away from the natural frequency range of the process system, resulting in low vibration and avoiding resonance.
